Most of our homes have IPS or generator backup. Each home's page lists exactly what it has.

Do the buildings have a lift?

Some homes have a lift, and others are walk-ups on the 1st to 5th floor with wide stairs. Each home's page says which floor it is on.

What do I need to bring for check-in?

For building security, please send a copy of a passport (or NID for Bangladeshi guests) for every guest before you arrive.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets are allowed in one home, the Elegant Apartment in Baridhara. Please message us before booking with a pet.
