How a monthly stay works
- Send us your dates. Tell us your move-in date, how many months, the number of guests and your preferred area.
- Get a quote. We reply with the homes that are free for your dates and a monthly price, and confirm exactly what is included.
- Book securely. Stays can be booked through Airbnb, which handles payment and offers its long-stay booking terms. Ask us if you need a different arrangement.
- Move in. For building security, we need a copy of a passport (or NID for Bangladeshi guests) for every guest before arrival.
Why stay in Gulshan, Banani or Baridhara for a month
These neighbourhoods hold most of Dhaka's embassies, international offices, international schools and restaurants. They are greener and quieter than much of the city, and about 10 to 12 km from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Read our airport guide and our guide to things to do nearby.
